Fusion Applications - Global Payroll - How To Set Bank Account As A Primary Expense Bank Account

I can see while loading Personal Payment Method that we can set Account Number.
However, it looks like a Payroll Bank Account and not Expense Bank Account. How can we set bank account as a primary expense bank account ?
