V3 Dashboard error : Custom column format may contain HTML tags, only the 'Plain text' may currently be used

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In V3 Analytics, I'm seeing errors whenever I run the dashboards below. None of these errors occur in V2 Analytics (Dashboard tab).
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Analytics Tab,
2. Open Dashboard > Migrated Company Wide Shared Folder > FOLDER NAME
3. Got below error (repeating 5 times on the page)
You do not currently have sufficient privileges to save a report or dashboard page that contains HTML markup. Custom column format may contain HTML tags, only the following formats may currently be used: 'Plain text', 'Plain text (don't break spaces)'.
As noticed, there are 5 sections in the dashboard, each contains a migrated report.
Changes
The V3 dashboard was migrated from the V2 dashboard.
