On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Profile Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Currently employees are able to navigate to Directory > Select Person Name> Skills & Qualification tab and view content for any employee in the system if they are able to view all people in the directory.

This is a huge GDPR compliance issue for some companies and they need to determine what options they can take to hide this information from other employees.

Is it possible to configure the system so that these Skills & Qualifications details are not visible to other employees?


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Employees should not be able to see too much information for other employees.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
navigate to Directory > Select Person Name> Skills & Qualification tab and view content for any employee we have in the system

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot secure data well enough
