Symptoms
On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Inventory
When attempting to record physical inventory tags ,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create Phyiscal inventory--> Generate snapshot
Click on Generate physical inventory tags
On clicking Record physical inventory tags, above error occurs
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do physical inventory count process
