Disabling a User Account in Cloud Administration Does Not Allow the User's Status in Unifier to Go to Inactive

On any Oracle Cloud hosted Unifier environment where the users are managed by Cloud Administration

Disabling a User account in Cloud Administration does not allow the user's Status in Unifier to go to Inactive, the account in Unifier stays Active.

Disabling the User account in Cloud Administration should allow the user's Status in Unifier to go to Inactive.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to the Cloud Portal > Cloud Administration
  2. Disable the user account
  3. Login to Unifier
  4. Notice the User account Status is still set to Active

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have their account Status set to Inactive in Unifier when it is changed in Cloud Administration.
