Disabling a User Account in Cloud Administration Does Not Set the User's Status to Inactive in Unifier (Doc ID 2419283.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Disabling a User account in Cloud Administration does not set the user's Status in Unifier to Inactive.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Disabling the User account in Cloud Administration should cause the user's Status in Unifier to switch from Active to Inactive.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to the Cloud Portal and go to Cloud Administration.
  2. Disable a user's account.
  3. Login to Unifier.
  4. Note the User account Status is still set to Active.
