How To Display or Hide the Referred By Field (Doc ID 2421264.1)

Goal

When a Candidate has been submitted through the Employee Referral page, the name of the individual who performed the referral will appear by default below the Candidate's name on relevant list views. The Referred By field can be hidden or displayed at the Administrator's discretion.
