Incorrect Customer Account Number Sent with Request to External Rating Engine

Symptoms


The customer has created a custom integration with Logistyx (third party) to handle rating for UPS, DHL and FEDX Parcel Service. The rating request is being sent to Logistyx by way of XML. The issue is that the request is sending out with the a service provider that is not configured for the Source Location that the order is being sent from and also the account number that is being sent is not even for the incorrect Service Provider.
