Bad Debt Provision Report No Data Found (Doc ID 2422171.1)

Goal

I have setup a Customer in fusion with a Collectible % of 50% at site level. It has a number of delinquent transactions which should allow it to be eligible for inclusion in the Bad Debt Provision Report.

When I run the Bad Debt Provision Report process, I get a blank output with no transactions (No Data Found), when I expect at least this Customer to be included.
