Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While  loading a set of records using Create Costed or Accounted Expenditure Batch for Third-Party Application ADFDI to make the transactions, it was found that records are created twice at the same time.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transactions should have been created only once.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create cost transactions using the Create Costed or Accounted Expenditure Batch for Third-Party Application ADFDI
2. Review the created transactions in UI and back-end.
3. Observe that transactions are created twice.
