Problem Description:

When attempting to run a report/anlaysis, the following error is returned:

State: HY000. Code: 43113. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. (HY000)

State: HY000. Code: 42015. [nQSError: 42015] Cannot function ship the following expression: {SQL Expression}. (HY000)
