Symptoms
When attempting to run Manage Receiving Transactions process ( Import ASNs using FBDI)
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"The value provided for column ITEM_ID is invalid. Value provided: 123456789. Expected value: 987654321."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. use the Receiving Open Interface - Create Receipt/ASN template
2. Enter the required details, and upload the file
3. The Manage Receiving Transaction log file shows the errors
