After configuring VPN as a Service (VPNaaS), communication to an on-premise database via Data Integration Platform Cloud (DIPC) or Oracle Data Integrator Cloud Service (ODICS) fails with the following error message:
If a telnet is done to the hostname and port from the DIPC server, the connection is successful.
