Symptoms
Customer has initially created an item in Fusion PIM with its English description in both American English and Spanish languages columns. Later when using Spanish language session, they update the master organization Spanish description of the item to actual Spanish, the system still displays the English description.
The controlling attribute for description is at the Master level. In the master organization, PIM shows the item description in the respective languages when they click on the globe icon on Manage items task. However for all the child organizations to which the item is assigned, the Spanish description field still shows the English description.
How does this happen ? How can this be prevented ?
