Is Conversion Possible For Foreign Currency Uploaded In GL Budgets? (Doc ID 2426684.1)

Goal

We are loading Budgets in GL module in non functional Currency of the Ledger. Can you please confirm if we can upload the Budget Balances for the foreign Currencies and whether Oracle Converts and maintains them in Functional Balances.

Example : If Ledger Currency is in USD and we want to Upload Budgets in CNY Currency so should we manually Convert them during upload or does system can perform Conversion based on the Exchange Rate defined in the system
