IDCS Email Notifications Not Getting Received by Third Party Email Recipients (outside of IDCS domain) (Doc ID 2426692.1)

Customer encountered problems with password reset notifications.  The notifications were appearing to send, but were not being received at email providers outside of the domain.


Customer has a third party that has configured their local servers.  Those servers have non-standard DNS settings.
