ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User is not able to hide/disable delete button on Manager Change
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to hide/disable delete button on Manager Change UI through customization as they are able to do it in 18A.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Sandbox.
2. Go to my team, select direct report for manager change.
3. Try to customize delete button under 'Edit manger Info'
4. It is not editable.
