Goal

Checking the security policies of the web services provided by Oracle ERP Cloud (specifically the SupplierServiceV2), it seems it is compatible with the wss11_saml_or_username_token_with_message_protection_service_policy policy, and so should be possible to send requests from SOACS using SAML and not username.

What would it take to register the SOACS certificate in Oracle ERP Cloud and do SAML?

Is there a requirement for that certificate? Can it be self-signed?
