Symptoms
Recurring processes are not sorting by date.
1. Navigate to Business Process Automation -> Process Management -> Recurring Processes
2. Perform an open search
3. Click on the 'Next Time' column header. See that it sorts properly
4. Click on the 'Next Time' column header again. See that it does not sort properly
