Symptoms
In an Oracle Cloud hosted environment that has been refreshed/overwritten with data from another environment, when attempting to modify or publish a Custom Template, the following Unifier Notification could be displayed:
The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.
OR
When attempting to Run the report/custom print, a blank/empty white report window is displayed.
