Symptoms

On Unifier : In an Oracle cloud hosted environment that has been refreshed/overwritten with data from another environment

Scenario One: When an attempt is made to modify the report the following Unifier Notification is returned:

Unifier Notification: The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

Scenario Two: When at attempt is made to Publish the report the following Unifier Notification is returned:

Unifier Notification: The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

Scenario Three: When at attempt is made to Run the report a blank/empty/white window is returned.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot make modification to the affected reports.
