In an Oracle Cloud hosted environment that has been refreshed/overwritten with data from another environment:
When an attempt is made to modify or publish a report the following Unifier Notification is returned:
The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.
When at attempt is made to Run the report, a blank/empty/white window is returned.
