Performance Document Submission for Approval is Not Working (Doc ID 2428770.1)

Symptoms

When the evaluation manager submits the Performance document Approval to his/her manager , it is seen that the Approving Manager is not receiving any notifications or  emails . Also there are no pending approvals being shown in the  Pending approvals UI.

Due to this the Approving Manager  cannot approve the evaluations and it is stuck.


1. Evaluating Manager submits the Performance document
2. Approving Manager is not receiving any notifications/ emails within the system through notifications icon also not emails being generated
