ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While doing rehires using quick actions link (newsfeed UI), the pop up message for matching person record is not appearing

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

While doing rehires using quick actions link (newsfeed UI), the pop up message for matching person record should appear.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to the Application
2. Quick Actions> Hire an Employee
3. Provide the rehire person name
4. Click on continue then it is going to next page instead of giving the matching record pop up message.
