User gets an Error in ARCS when clicking anything but Home Screen.

An error has occurred in the application.
The following exception has occurred in
ADFUtils.invokeApplicationModuleMethodWithErrorHandiling():
java.lang.RuntimeException with message:
java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00936: missing expression
