Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Manage Benefits



When attempting to enter the certification received date under managed actions as the date prior to enrollment start date
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The selected enrollment result in an overlap with an existing entry for the same element. (BEN-991105)
The error occurred while creating an entry for the element STD Pre Emp and rate Short Term Disability_30day_EE_KFH for the date 2018-04-13.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Manage action Items
2. certificate
3. enter received date as 4/13/18
