OMC: Gateway Installation Failing When Reusing Hostname And Port Failed With exit code

1.31 gateway agent.
Customer was doing automation for installation of cloud agents.
Testing purpose ,installed agent successfully and deinstalled it and the agent is no more visible in OMC UI after de-install.
Try to perform installation again with same host and port, it fails with below errors.
