Goal

User is trying to create the Customers using Simplified Import. There are errors reported and user intends to purge the existing batch and load a fresh batch.
However, when the user purges the entries using Customer Data Management -> Data Import, the data can still be viewed from Upload Customers From Spreadsheet UI.
