Order Based Replenishment Wave Allocates More Units Than Required In Orders (Doc ID 2433410.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
When running an order based replenishment wave, system should allocate what is required in the order pool and not replenish more than that.
But the replenishment wave always tries to top up the location to its max capacity.


Expected Behavior
Expectation is that the wave should only allocate only enough quantity to supply the requirement for the order.
But it allocates quantity to fill the location to its maximum capacity.
