Goal

When attempting to clone a Pluggable Database (PDB) on Oracle Cloud using SQL Developer, "OA-28357: password is required to open the wallet" error is reported.

 

An internal bug 28486473 has been reported for this issue. This document outlines steps to clone a PDB using SQL Developer.
