Want User To Reset Their Own Expired Password (Doc ID 2434039.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 05, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Warehouse Management Enterprise Edition Cloud Service - Version 9.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

There is no way for a user to reset their own password if it expires.

A user must contact someone with the access and an active account in order to have their passwords reset. This is not beneficial to the company since we may have a bunch of users at once need resets so someone needs to spend time and energy to reset each and every password for the users. If there was a way for the user to reset their own on expiration it would save time. We are requesting a way to self service passwords if they expire similar to OTM.
