Symptoms

Using External source system and after FBDI of Organizations, on Manage Organization List, organizations are not enabled for collections.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define External Source System
2. Allow for Collections
3. Import Organizations from files
