Changes made to "Supply Type" of an item strcuture are not getting reflected under planning (Doc ID 2434537.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When changing item structure supply type from "Phantom" to "Push" , changes are not getting reflected under Planning central.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Item supply type changed value should be reflected even under planning central.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open an item structure
2. Change the value of WIP supply type
3. Run collection process under planning center.
4. Still the changes made to item structure are not getting reflected under plan inputs.
