Error (SVC-5295325) when updating Service Request (Doc ID 2434643.1)

Goal

On updating a service request record, It results in an error-"Your changes were not saved to the service request because another user has edited it. Save the service request again to keep your changes. (SVC-5295325)". The last updated by will be set to -"FUSION_APPS_CRM_ESS_APPID". The SR is getting updated by the scheduled process task.
