ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While trying to terminate the employee getting error:
The effective end date cannot be earlier than the effective end date of a child record.
The process submits and BPM (Business Process Management) says it is approved and successful, in Transaction Admin Console the workflow remains in an In Progress state - and the termination does not fully action in the system.
