Batch Job Ediupack Fails to Process Data File (Doc ID 2435147.1)

The Upload Purchase Order and Purchase Order Change Acknowledgements from Suppliers to RMS (EDIUPACK.PC) fails as it tries the .complete file.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Copy files to FTP requires a .complete file to be copied to indicate files are ready to be picked up.

2. During the EDIUPACK process it picks up the existing ediupack_*.complete file instead of the data file and fails because invalid transaction type.
