Symptoms

When attempting to run an integration using Primavera Web Services, the following error occurs. Sometimes the error occurs randomly when running the request repeatedly.

A client exception occured while trying to perform username token authentication: Fatal error: An error has occured. SubSystemFacade object is not available for DB Id 1. Please check the configuration. Please see the log to find more detail regarding exact cause of failure.
