Customization - Text Box added in Ben Self Service train stops doesn’t display properly in R13
As part of our requirements, we want to add text box on Benefits Self Service enrollment train stops with instruction text. However, when we try to add them using customization / personalization, they don’t display properly in the Benefits Self Service train stops.
The issue is that with the first approach, the text box added through customization in BSS train stops appears in all Benefit pages including the Contact screen and Benefits Service Center screen.
With the second approach, the text box appears in the very small region next to currency in BSS page.
We have not been able to add the text box properly in BSS enrollment train stops due to this. We were able to add the text box very easily in R12 without any issues in the BSS train stops.
This is an important personalization and we need to be able to add proper text in all train stops successfully.
