Dependent coverage not end dated

I'd like some help diagnosing an issue we're having with the Loss of Eligibility life event. We have our enrollments set up to continue through the end of the month when a Loss of Eligibility occurs. The dates look correct on the employee record, but the dependent's end date becomes null, and is not visible on the designee selection screen.

I've looked through our configuration several times and I know it must be something I'm overlooking. This problem isn't affecting payroll, but it is causing dependents to fall off our vendor files and have problems seeing a doctor. 

When I look at the data, the dependents appear to still be covered, just with no end date.
