On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Manage Benefits
R13(18B) Employees receiving a SOAP error when trying to access their Benefit Statement
We have the same issue with all patching or Upgrade, previously to resolve it we would go to BI Catalog / Human Capital Management / Benefits / Enrollment and add the BI Author role permission.
Now when we try to edit the Permission we receive the following error message:
In-place customizations are not allowed on factory delivered content. Save your customzations in /shared/custom.
How do we resolve the SOAP error for employees? We have a custom Employee Role, is there a permission that we can add to it?
