Symptoms
On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Financial Reporting and Analysis
When running the Journals for Mexico Report the below errors are shown, after the 11.13.18.02.0 upgrade.
ERROR

1. The version number os schema show 1_1, but must be 1_3:
si:schemaLocation="http://www.sat.gob.mx/esquemas/ContabilidadE/1_3/PolizasPeriodo
2. The RFC field show empty in all supplier transactions:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

2. Execute the report Journals for Mexico
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot execute successfully the report after the release 11.13.18.02.0 upgrade
Additional Facts:
1. Review that the fields that is supposed to be used to populate the RFC for Suppliers was populated. The customer selected one invoice and we went back to the system in order to verify the supplier.
2. We review the supplier and it has the Tax Payer ID populated.
3. Compare with a receivables transaction and the same field Tax Payer ID is populated for the customer and is indeed used in the xml generated.
