Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud, Flat File Integration Should Read BLANKS as '0' and Upload '0' through Data Management (Doc ID 2440208.1)

Goal

Attempting to use flat file based data integration where YTD balances are uploaded by selecting the View member as "FCCS_YTD_Input".
The input file contains rows that are blank (null) in the amount column. How to read the blanks as '0' and upload it in the system?  Currently the blank rows are getting ignored.
