Information in this document applies to any platform.
Sometimes a P6 Professional user's session will be hung up and therefore, will not permit the user to log back into P6 Professional.
- This presents as error message This user is already logged in. Please use another login name.
In addition, a user session may have opened a project exclusively, and this lock prevents access to the project for the same user.
- In P6 Professional, the Project Users screen shows a session that has exclusive access to the project.
