Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the user initiates a manage salary transaction and the requester enter any comments, it is not present in the Email notifications received by the approver.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected to be able to view the comments of the requester in the notification received by the approver also.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to Person Management.
3. Search for any employee.
4. Go to Manage Salary.
5. Enter the new details for proposed salary and enter the comments.
6. Click on Submit.
7. The approver received the notification but the comments are not present in the email.
