Symptoms

Updates stopped happening in both Prod and UAT yesterday afternoon. The Customer 's Network/Security team has been investigating with their firewall but a resource is needed on the Oracle side to validate if this is a GoldenGate replication issue, VPN issue, or firewall issue.
