Symptoms

On : ICS 18.2.3.0.2, Connectivity Agent

When attempting to test EBS connection in Production instance. ,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

CASDK-0007: Unable to establish a secure connection to. SSL protocol related exception occurred. Verify that the URL is reachable and the certificate for the same is available.
PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
unable to find valid certification path to requested target


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Restart agent as per Doc ID 2415298.1.
Test EBS Connection in ICS
