User Is Able to Access All the Screens Instead Of Just Those Defined In The Menu

Information in this document applies to any platform.
User has created two menus "101 XXX Operations RF" and "101 XXX Operations UI".
Group "101 XXX Operations" was created with these two menus and user "101XXX01" was created with this Group.
When the new user logs in (UI and RF), all the screens are showing instead of only the screens which we have configured in our menus.
User should be able to access only the screens which are configured in Menu.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created menus in the Menus UI
2. Assign menus to Groups UI
3. Create a User from Users UI and assign the group to User
