Symptoms

When attempt to Process Open Enrollment, the following message is shown


MESSAGE
-----------------------
No configured life event dates exist for this benefits relationship. Confirm that the correct benefit relationship is selected and the effective date is valid.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Created the Open enrollment Schedule
2) Run the Evaluate Scheduled Event Participation job to load the Open Enrollment Life Event on the employees Record:
3) Tried to Process the Open Enrollment Life Event
