Unable to Save General Admin Setting in Content and Experience Cloud after Multi-Factor Authentication is Enabled (Doc ID 2444375.1)

Symptoms

In an Content and Experience Cloud Classic (CEC) environment, configuration changes in the 'General Settings' page are not saved.  When saving the changes in General Settings, no result is returned (i.e. no successful message, no error).  This issue only occurs in General settings; change on other pages (e.g Security, Users, etc.) successfully update.

Changes

 The issue occurs after multi-factor authentication (MFA) in IDCS is enabled.
