Symptoms

When attempting connection to the P6 Web Services services URL within a browser, the following error occurs:

ERROR
Gateway Timeout
The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Browse to the https://<domain>/p6ws/services URL
  2. Eventually a Gateway Timeout error occurs
