Min-Max Report Not Generated : Dummy File Deleted : Timeout Issue (Doc ID 2446123.1)

Symptoms

Min-Max report is completing without the min max report generated. The log file has the message 'dummy file is deleted'.

This was working fine previously for the same org and suddenly it stopped working.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run 'Print Min ax Report' from Scheduled Process
2. No report is generated
