ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In a custom report, "Incentive Compensation - Earnings Real Time"."Earning Transaction"."Commission Amount Calculated Currency" field ("Earning Amount" column) returns doubled the value (i.e.: field should return 63.22 but it returns 126.44 in BI report).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a report that contains "Incentive Compensation - Earnings Real Time"."Earning Transaction"."Commission Amount Calculated Currency"
2. It returns 126.44 instead of 63.22

Changes

 Issue was introduced in R13.
