ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Folder created for dashboard by the user is now showing as a system created and not allowing user to perform archive/unarchive.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Prior to upgrade users are able to perform archive/unarchive the folders/dashboards created.
